Recipe: Asian Cole Slaw

One of my favorite salads. I like to make a double batch and eat on it all week. This is a recipe out of Robb Wolf’s “Wired to Eat” book. I buy cole slaw mix for this instead of shredding cabbage by hands. Work smarter not harder.

**Coconut Aminos are a soy sauce alternative. You can order off of Amazon or find in health food stores.


1 bag cole slaw
3 green onions, diced
2 cups snow peas
1/2 cup asian dressing
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Dressing Recipe

2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
3 tablespoons MCT oil
2 tablespoons avocado or olive oil
